Job Description

  • Assisting in the preparation and coordination of the annual budget and rolling forecast.
  • Gathering data, consolidating budget inputs from different departments.
  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and review monthly/ quarterly/ annually management reports.
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of financial dashboards.
  • Collaborate with BU Controller to drive financial compliance and support growth initiatives.
  • Assisting in the communication of financial insights and findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Supporting the FP&A Manager in strategic initiatives and business cases.
  • Conducting ad- hoc financial analysis as requests.

Working conditions:

Workplace: 08 Phan Dinh Giot, Ward 2, Tan Binh dist., HCMC.

Working hour: 08:30 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday)

Job Requirement

  • Experience: 6+ years in FP&A or a related field with delivering impactful insights and analysis. Candidates with ACCA/CPA / CMA are preferable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, financial metrics and reports, and scenario modeling.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis skills, with the ability to identify patterns and correlations within complex datasets.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaboration: Thrives in a collaborative environment, building strong relationships and effectively influencing internal stakeholders.
