- Assisting in the preparation and coordination of the annual budget and rolling forecast.
- Gathering data, consolidating budget inputs from different departments.
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and performance metrics.
- Prepare and review monthly/ quarterly/ annually management reports.
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of financial dashboards.
- Collaborate with BU Controller to drive financial compliance and support growth initiatives.
- Assisting in the communication of financial insights and findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Supporting the FP&A Manager in strategic initiatives and business cases.
- Conducting ad- hoc financial analysis as requests.
Working conditions:
Workplace: 08 Phan Dinh Giot, Ward 2, Tan Binh dist., HCMC.
Working hour: 08:30 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday)
- Experience: 6+ years in FP&A or a related field with delivering impactful insights and analysis. Candidates with ACCA/CPA / CMA are preferable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, financial metrics and reports, and scenario modeling.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis skills, with the ability to identify patterns and correlations within complex datasets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaboration: Thrives in a collaborative environment, building strong relationships and effectively influencing internal stakeholders.
