Job Description

A Research and Development of Packaging (R&D) executive is role plays a crucial part in driving innovation, product development, and new packaging. Here are key responsibilities and characteristics associated with the role of an R&D executive:

  • Calculate and propose new packaging sizes (color bags, cartons, etc.) in accordance with product sizes as requested by the MKT department.
  • Participate in size confirmation in the bag and carton design process for new products.
  • Evaluate conformity and make suggestions for size adjustments during product manufacturing.
  • Check and evaluate other auxiliary materials.
  • Subject to the mobilization and arrangement of work by upper management in accordance with the workload required from other departments.

Working conditions:

- Workplace: Lot A1-6, Tan An Hoi Ward, Cu Chi District, HCMC. (shuttle bus from Hochiminh City).

- Working hour: 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Saturday).

Job Requirement

• Background in Food Technology or Biotechnology.

• Minimum 3 years of experience & knowledge food industry as rproduction process.

• Knowledge FDA regulations, laboratory practices, chemistry, microbiology, statistics, technical audit, SAP, QMS, NGMP, costing awareness.

• Strong interpersonal/teamwork skills, as well as strong communication, conviction skills, Problem-solving skills, Project management.
