Job Description

IT Infrastructure & Hardware Management:

  • Ensure stable and efficient hardware and network infrastructure.
  • Maintain and manage network systems, servers, storage, and backup solutions for business continuity.
  • Oversee IT asset management, including PCs, laptops, barcode scanners, printers, and production-related IT systems.
  • Lead IT procurement, working with vendors to acquire cost-effective hardware, software, and service solutions.
  • Monitor IT system uptime, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement preventive maintenance schedules.

Software & Applications Management:

  • Ensure smooth operation of enterprise software, ERP systems, and manufacturing-related applications.
  • Collaborate with departments to analyze business needs and develop IT solutions to optimize processes.
  • Lead the implementation, testing, and integration of new software solutions.
  • Provide user training and technical support for software applications.

Information Security & Compliance:

  • Develop and implement IT security policies to protect company data and networks.
  • Monitor cybersecurity risks and deploy necessary security solutions such as firewalls, anti-virus, and access controls.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry security standards. Secure critical data related to intellectual property, client information, and supplier contracts.
  • Perform regular security audits, penetration tests, and vulnerability assessments.
  • Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to safeguard operations.

IT Operations & Controls:

  • Establish and enforce IT governance frameworks and best practices for the organization.
  • Ensure IT systems comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and manage IT budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
  • Establish system controls and monitoring mechanisms for performance optimization.

Team Leadership & Communication:

  • Build and lead an effective IT team, ensuring proper succession planning.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training for IT staff.
  • Conduct regular meetings with management and departments to discuss IT-related strategies.
  • Communicate IT updates, policies, and security best practices across the organization.

IT Support for Manufacturing & Production Systems:

  • Support automation and digitalization of production processes.
  • Ensure seamless operation of warehouse management systems.

IT Asset & License Management:

  • Track IT hardware and software assets across multiple locations (factory, warehouses, sales office).
  • Ensure software licenses, ERP subscriptions, and cybersecurity tools are up to date.
  • Optimize IT budget allocation by evaluating software renewals, hardware upgrades, and cloud computing costs.
  • Implement remote monitoring and control solutions for IT infrastructure.

IT Support & Helpdesk Services:

  • Establish an IT helpdesk system to handle support tickets efficiently.
  • Provide IT support across departments (production, logistics, sales, finance, HR, etc.).
  • Train employees on IT best practices, including cybersecurity awareness.
  • Monitor and improve end-user experience with IT systems.

Working conditions:

  • Workplace: 08 Phan Dinh Giot, Ward 2, Tan Binh dist., HCMC.
  • Working hour: 08:30 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday).

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or related discipline or comparable experience
  • From 05 years of experience in same position for big size manufacturing companies
  • In depth knowledge of Infrastructure such as servers, storage, Hardware Management; Software & Applications Management; Cybersercurity and networking components
  • Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity with proven capability to strategically problem-solve using advanced qualitative analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English, customer service skills, strong analytical skills, strong documentation/written communication skills, prioritize and multi-tasking and ability to work well in a collaborative teaming environment
