Job Description

  • Participate in orienting and implementing PTC department's machinery maintenance strategy.
  • Supervise maintenance and repair of mechanical problems in the factory, ensuring work efficiency.
  • Monitor and supervise risks arising related to the mechanical field on machinery lines to operate effectively, achieve productivity and quality. Submit plans and implement remediation and improvement work.
  • Combine with relevant specialized departments to effectively operate the Size Change - Product exchange process
  • Perform repair of mechanical problems in the factory, ensure efficiency in work. Implement improvement projects within specialized scope to meet new product requirements from R&D and Plant departments.
  • Have an implementation plan to ensure that related mechanical components are backed up safely and effectively.
  • Build, train, and arrange human resources for the Mechanical Team to always have full skills, skills, and resources to best meet effective production.
  • Periodically report work and implementation plans to management.
  • Actively complete assigned individual and department KPIs quarterly and annually.

Working conditions:

- Workplace: Lot A1-6, Tan An Hoi Ward, Cu Chi District, HCMC. (shuttle bus from Hochiminh City).

- Working hour: 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Saturday).

Job Requirement

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • Solid CAD skills (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and proficiency in MS Office; experience with project or maintenance tools is a plus
  • Strong technical understanding, structured working style, and hands-on mentality
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Highly responsible, proactive, and not afraid of taking on tasks.
  • Proficient in office computing and applying technology to technical management.
