- Research and develop new products of the diapers industry
- Diversify products and research and develop new products according to customers' requirements
- Responsible for the entire R&D department development strategy plan according to the company's orientation and strategy in each period
- Updating new technology to apply advanced science and technology to research and design products and improve product quality of the Company
- Implement monitoring and improvement of technical operations during production operation to improve productivity and quality
- Monitor and make evaluation reports of products during product sample testing
- Develop process and product technical standards
- Building organizational structure, functions and tasks of Product R&D department
- Report regularly and periodically the activities of the Product R&D Department to the Senior R&D Manager of the Company
Working conditions:
- Workplace: Lot A1-6, Tan An Hoi Ward, Cu Chi District, HCMC (shuttle bus from HCMC).
- Working hour: 08:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday)
- University graduation.
- Language: Proficient in English or Chinese.
- Experience: At least 5 year experience in same position.
- Knowledgeable the factory requirements rules, requirements in the production process, ...
- Ability to work with related departments and synthesize projects.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership and communication skills and creative thinking
- Understanding of best practices in innovation and customer centric approach to product
- Ability to work across a large organization
- Experience maintaining metrics and budgets.
