A. Procurement
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the market to ensure best value and practices are maintained.
- Developing a procurement business plan for the organization and ensuring that’s it’s communicated.
- Forecasting ongoing demand for goods and services.
- Negotiating contracts and service agreements with suppliers.
- Researching options to source best value materials and services.
- Forecasting price trends and predicting how they will affect the Group.
- Maintaining the purchasing budget and ensuring best value is maintained.
- Implementing relevant training for individuals within the procurement discipline.
- Building and maintaining the positive relationships with current and new suppliers.
- Developing strategies to ensure that supplier performance is monitored.
- Attending industry trade conferences.
- Reviewing current contracts to ensure they represent best value.
- Ensuring procurement sources are secure and sustainable.
B. Sourcing:
- Benchmark the Taisun supply chain processes, ensure efficient running of day-to-day manufacture.
- Provide guidance and support to the Costing Manager in improving the costing performance, efficiency and ensure factory specific costing strategies are successfully implemented.
- Increase speed to market through improved processes and “just-in-time” practices through “owning”.
- Maintain awareness of current market trends and conditions that affect suppliers, cost of services, pricing, that may have operational or strategic implications for the company.
- Vendor Performance Management - monitor, analyze and evaluate vendor performance against metrics on a regular basis.
- Develop and lead cross functional teams in the development and execution of sourcing strategies and plans.
- Assign works for other people when being absent.

Working conditions:
- Workplace:
- 1. Lot A1-6, Tan An Hoi Ward, Cu Chi District, HCMC (shuttle bus from HCMC).
- 2. 08 Phan Dinh Giot, Ward 2, Tan Binh dist., HCMC.
- Working hour: 08:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday).
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement/sourcing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, and cost management.
- Strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics, sourcing markets, and procurement technologies.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Fluent in English; multilingual is a plus (especially if managing international supply chains).
