Mô tả công việc

The Learning & Development Manager – Sales Capability is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the capabilities, skills, and performance of the sales team across all channels. This role plays a key part in building a high-performing sales organization by driving capability development aligned with business objectives in the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Capability Strategy:

  • Develop and execute the sales capability development strategy aligned with commercial and business goals.  
  • Identify capability gaps across sales functions distributor management, and field sales.
  • Build annual training roadmap for sales teams nationwide.

2. Learning & Development:

  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
  • Maintain good communication and positive relationships with employees to promote employee satisfaction and ensure a positive working environment.
  • Plan and execute internal activities on special occasions to gather and warm-up all employees.
  • Track budgets and negotiate contracts.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Capability, Talent Development, or Commercial Training within the FMCG industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager, Talent Development or similar. 
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Experience in project management and budgeting
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
  • BSc/BA in Business, Psychology or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus.
