- Supervise all the SC processes (Inbound, Outbound, Storage, Logistics, Internal Audit related to SC) are well complianced.Analyze SC efficiency (SC Cost, Bottlenecks) & check point to ensure all SC data accuracy.
- Coordinate with commercial team to collect, justify forecast & propose the final rolling forecast.Measure, monitor & improve Forecast Accuracy
- Coordinate with Commercial, Procurement, QA & Production Team to ensure the fullfilment for the forecast including Material supply, backlog orders, production fulfilment.Handle monthly supply meeting to know in advance the gap of supply & approved sales forecast and action to endure the fullfilment properly.Prepare data for S&OP meeting
- Monitor inventory monthly to ensure the inventory target.Control Aging inventory monthly: coordinate with cross function teams to follow up the action for the Aging stock clearance timely
- Ensure supply chain masterdata leanCoordinate with ICT team to fix any issue on the ERP system in Supply Chain scope.Manage Supply Chain Dashboard

- Workplace: Lot A1-6, Tan An Hoi Ward, Cu Chi District, HCMC. (shuttle bus from Hochiminh City).
- Working hour: 08:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday).
- Bachelor min
- At least 2 year experienced in planning, preferring to candidates working in FMCG, multinational companies.
- Good English communication is a must
- Excel skill in advance
