- To check the warhouse overview (cleaning, goods arrangement, employees' working style).
- Directly manager the group incharge Main raw material.
- To deploy the important decision/ instruction from BOD/ HR to all WHS employees
- To check the WHS Capacity to annouce related dept. to balance the goods.
- Support the WHS accountant's job when anyone off
- Slove any issue/ problem related to WHS.
- Receive delivery noice from Logistic team and arrange staff to prepare finished goods, check q’ty, specification and loading goods to customer.
- To random check inventory of raw material, finished goods 3 times/week and make sure in-out store at warehouse following FIFO regulation.
- To ensure that the quantity in the software must be exactly with actual quantity, arrange goods tidy.
- Arrange workers support other department when needed. Not allow workers to sleep and smoke during working time.
- Prepare monthly/quarter report and send to President.
- Prepare data for 2 big inventory times on Jun and Dec yearly, periodic inventory (once three months) and other sudden inventory times.
- Prepare report for finished goods and sub/ raw material which is over 90 days then co-operating with other department to analyst and raise solutions to president.
- Tracking slow moving monthly report and send to related department.
- Training for of employees following the training schedule was sent to HR department every quarter.
- Tracking maintenance schedule of equipment and time of safety accreditation by laws of occupational safety.
- Set up KPI for all employess of warehouse department.
- Set up budget and control actual use budget.
- Set up some projects to improve departmental work efficiency.
- Must finish update data into warehouse software daily , complete all tasks given by manager.
Working conditions:
- Workplace: Lot A1-6, Tan An Hoi Ward, Cu Chi District, HCMC. (shuttle bus from Hochiminh City).
- Working hour: 08:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday).
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required;
- Three years of experience as a manager, or similar relevant position required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of company products and logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
